All orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 5–6 business days before shipping.

For corporate gifting, bulk orders, or during peak, sale, and festive seasons, processing timelines may be slightly longer due to increased demand and production queues. In case of any unexpected delays, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

All products from House of Kaarigar come with a standard 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal usage conditions.

Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, and 1-on-1 customized orders are not covered under the standard warranty policy. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
